Membership Registration

To access the Service, as our client, staff, independent contractor, facilitator, admin, supervisor, joint venture partner, executive or director, you may be required to become a paid registered member at Fajiriapp.com and obtain a Fajiri Identification Membership (FIM) ID number and/or Fajiri Project Membership (FPM). The membership agreements, terms of use on these sites must apply.

Members are free to voluntarily collaborate and participate in our construction and non construction activities in exchange for benefits and rewards such as Group Life insurance premiums, and other applicable benefits and rewards as introduced by Fajiri Construction Ltd from time to time. Activities may include, word-of-mouth marketing, sharing of invitation or referral codes with friends and relatives within Nigeria and around the world to receive financial rewards and mutual benefits.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fajiri Construction Ltd its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fajiri Construction Ltd.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fajiri Construction Ltd.

Any dispute which arises in the cause of or following the performance of the present contract will be definitively settled under the auspices of The Nigerian Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, by means of arbitration and to the exclusion of courts of law, in accordance with its General Commercial Arbitration Rules in force at the time this contract is signed and to which the parties

declare they have adhered. By using this Website, you agree that disputes will be resolved by arbitration and you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action in any jurisdiction.

Transfer of Agreement

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organization. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms of Use.
